Concert Follow-up: NEW DATE

Just wanted to let you know that I have just discovered that the High School Musical opens on the night I was hoping to have our concert. I will be looking into other dates for our concert since this is a conflict that effects several of you, including our accompanist! At the moment I am hoping to push it back 2 weeks and have it on May 3. However, I need to check with Karen at the Elementary School before I can do anything. Please let me know if any of you have major conflicts with this date as well as May 1 from 4-5 which would be our dress rehearsal.

Here We Go Again!

Our first Marcato Children's Choir rehearsal of the Spring season will be tomorrow, January 3, from 4-5 pm at the Middle School. I'm looking forward to working with your children again! It will be a really fun season with a lot of great music. Please tell your friends to sign their kids up (and have your kids tell their friends to join us!).

Vivo and Vivace classes will begin on Monday, January 9. There is still room in both classes if you would still like to register your child.

Class Availability

Spots are still available for both our Vivo (Pre-K - K) class (children must be at least 4 years old), as well as Vivace (1 & 2nd grade). If you would like to register your child for either of these classes or for Marcato Children's Choir (3rd-6th grades), please see the "Register" tab to find the registration form.

Marcato will begin rehearsals on Tuesday, January 3, at 4 pm.

Vivo and Vivace classes will begin on Monday, January 9.

Spring 2012 Registration

Registration for the Spring 2012 season will begin on November 15 for CURRENT MEMBERS ONLY. General registration will open on December 1. Current members will receive an email on November 15 with a registration form. To ensure your student keeps their spot for next season, please return your form and payment by the end of November.

Fees will remain the same as this season with Vivo classes being $60 for a 30 minute class and Vivace, $75 for a 45 minute class. Classes will begin January 9.

Vivace Schedule Change

Vivace parents: I am changing our October 31 class to November 21. So we will NOT have class on Halloween, but we WILL have class on the Monday before Thanksgiving. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns.

The schedule for Vivo is unchanged, at this point. I am still planning to have class on Halloween at the normal time, but we will not meet the Monday of Thanksgiving. If any of you would like to switch this to match the Vivace schedule, please contact me! Thank you!!
